1. No Guaranteed Outcomes. faheglobal.com provides guidance, preparation, and application support for admissions, scholarships, visas, transfers, and migration. Final decisions on all of these rest exclusively with the relevant university, scholarship body, or government immigration authority. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship approval, visa approval, or any specific outcome.

2. Information Accuracy. We make every reasonable effort to keep information about programs, requirements, and deadlines accurate and current, but requirements set by third-party institutions and governments can change without notice. Always confirm critical deadlines directly with the relevant institution or authority.

3. Not Legal or Immigration Counsel. Faheglobal provides visa and immigration guidance based on general practice; this does not constitute formal legal or immigration counsel. Complex cases may require a licensed immigration lawyer, which we will recommend where appropriate.

4. Third-Party Services. Where we refer you to partner institutions, lifestyle service providers, or subdomains (e.g. accommodation, insurance, banking), those services are provided by independent third parties. Faheglobal is not responsible for the quality, pricing, or outcomes of third-party services.

1. Acceptance of Terms. By using faheglobal.com or any Faheglobal subdomain (including skillx.faheglobal.com and career.faheglobal.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Scope. Each service page on faheglobal.com describes what is and is not included. Work outside the described scope may require an additional quotation.

4. Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse our platform, including submitting false information, attempting to access other users' accounts, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.

5. Changes to Terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

1. What We Collect. Account details, academic and immigration-related documents you upload, communication records, and standard website usage data (via cookies and analytics).

2. How We Use It. To provide the services you request, communicate with you about your case, process payments, and — only with appropriate consent — send you relevant updates about programs, scholarships, or events.

3. Who We Share It With. Your information is shared only with the specific university, scholarship body, or government office your application requires, plus the Faheglobal staff directly handling your case. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls limiting document visibility to staff assigned to your case.

5. Your Rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team, subject to any legal retention requirements (e.g. financial records).

6. Cookies. We use cookies for essential site function and, with consent, for analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

1. Free Services. Our Free Services (Free Consultation, University Matching, Course Matching, Scholarship Matching, Eligibility Assessment, Career Path Discussion) carry no cost, so no refund applies.

2. Before Work Begins. If you cancel a paid service before any work has started on your case, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees already incurred.

3. After Work Begins. Once a specialist has started work — document review, application drafting, visa preparation — refunds are prorated based on work genuinely completed, assessed case by case with your assigned counsellor.

4. Milestone Payments. For services paid in milestones, only the current milestone is assessed for refund; prior completed milestones are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Non-Refundable Items. Third-party fees already paid on your behalf (e.g. university application fees, visa fees, courier costs) are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to external bodies.

6. How to Request. Refund requests are submitted through your account profile or by contacting your assigned counsellor. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

1. Accepted Methods. Bank transfer and major payment gateways are supported; availability varies by region and will be confirmed by your counsellor.

2. Full vs. Milestone Payment. Many services can be paid in full or split across agreed milestones. Milestone-based work only proceeds once the relevant milestone payment is confirmed.

3. Payment Verification. After you submit payment, our team verifies the transaction before marking your service as active. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

4. Receipts. A receipt is emailed automatically upon verified payment and is also available in your account profile under Payments.

5. Currency. Prices are typically quoted in USD or local currency depending on your destination service; your counsellor will confirm the applicable currency before you pay.

6. Failed or Disputed Payments. If a payment fails or is disputed, the associated service is paused until the payment issue is resolved.

1. What's Subscription-Based. Skill-X Intermediate-tier courses are subscription-based (monthly recurring); Premium-tier courses are one-time, lifetime-access purchases, not subscriptions.

2. Renewal. Intermediate subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You'll retain access to onboarded courses as long as your subscription remains active.

3. Cancellation. You can cancel an active subscription any time from your account profile. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

4. Lapsed Payment. If a recurring payment fails and isn't resolved within a grace period, intermediate-tier course access is paused. If unresolved for three consecutive months, onboarded intermediate courses are removed from your dashboard, per the original terms of that tier.

5. Price Changes. We'll notify subscribers in advance of any subscription price change; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. No Partial Refunds on Renewal. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once a new billing period has started, except where required by applicable law.
